I wanted to take a look at market statistics for 2010 in the Milton Massachusetts Real Estate Market.  There was a market improvement between 2009 and 2010.

The positives I see are that the number of homes sold in Milton, Massachusetts was dead even between 2009 and 2010. 

The major positive indicators that I saw were that the median price had improved significantly and also the average sales price improved as well.
